Welcome to a New School Year!
Home of the Pelicans Powered by Learning, Motivated to Succeed!!
Dear Pelican Students, Families, Faculty, Staff, and Community,
Welcome to an exciting new school year! It is my honor to welcome each of you back to our wonderful school, where we proudly serve as the Home of the Pelicans. As we begin another year of learning and growth, we are inspired by our theme: "Powered by Learning, Motivated to Succeed."
Just as pelicans work together with purpose and determination, our school community is strongest when we support one another. This year, we will encourage every child to soar to new heights by building strong academic skills, developing positive character, and fostering a love for learning.
Our dedicated teachers and staff have been preparing engaging lessons and meaningful experiences that will challenge, inspire, and celebrate every student's unique talents. We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where all children feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their very best.
To our families, thank you for being our partners in education. Your encouragement, involvement, and support play a vital role in your child's success. Together, we will create a positive school experience that helps every Pelican grow with confidence and pride.
To our students, remember that each day is a new opportunity to learn something amazing, make new friends, and discover your strengths. Be kind, be curious, work hard, and never be afraid to ask questions. Every lesson learned brings you one step closer to achieving your dreams.
As we launch this new school year, let us embrace every opportunity with enthusiasm, perseverance, and Pelican pride. Together, we are Powered by Learning and Motivated to Succeed!
I look forward to celebrating your accomplishments and making wonderful memories throughout the year. Here's to an incredible school year filled with growth, achievement, and success!
With Pelican Pride,
Mrs. Glapion Principal Joseph J. Davies Elementary School
